MILAGUM PULIUM


ELEMENTS
100gm little onions
250gm cleaned squid
30gm chilli powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
2 curry leaves
5 green chillies
Tamarind water
Salt to tang
PROCESS
Blend the masala with tamarind water and the add little onions. Simmer the above elements till the squids and masala are cooked. After that check the salt and decorate with curry leaves. Dish up with serve steamed rice.
