7 must haves


Caring for your skin is a science, so the more specific you get, the better it is for your skin. However, if you are just starting out on a skin regimen, make sure you have the following:
1. Face wash: Morning and evening your beauty regime begins with a simple cleansing routine.
2. Make-up remover: Extra cleansing to take off make-up before you sleeps.
3. Moisturizer: A suitable moisturizer to hydrate your skin – face, body, with special emphasis on your hands and feet.
4. Night cream: A richer cream applied at night can take care of deeper hydration needs for the face, neck, hands and feet.
5. As exfoliating mask: A scrub off mask exfoliates dead skin cells and firms up skin as well.
6. Lip balm: Will keep your lips hydrated during the day.
7. SPF: UV rays are the primary cause of ageing, so watch out: use a sunscreen or sunblock – this is an absolute mush!
