Foot cream

Each foot contains 28 bones, 107 ligaments, 33 joints and 20 muscles. You need a foot cream because the skin of your feet is different from the skin on other part of the body; the sole of the foot is 15 times thicker than the skin of the face and three times the skin of the palm. Foot creams are made keeping all this in mind. Other than using a foot cream, here’s how you can take care of your feet:
Tips for your feet:
· Follow good personal hygiene daily – wash your feet using an antibacterial soap and always dry your feet and toe webs thoroughly.
· Wear cotton socks and shots that fit.
· Soak feet for 20-30 minutes in the evenings in warm water using special bath crystals. After drying, massage your feet with a foot cream.
· Trim toenails straight across to prevent ingrown nails and do treat your feet to an occasional pedicure at a salon.
